Enjoy the creative local fare provided by some of our up and coming chefs before you hit the dance floor! Once again, we have invited the Baltimore International College students to compete in the Ecoball’s “Top Chef-style” competition. Along with our celebrity judges, the audience will poll to choose the top three winning teams. Get a taste what our competitors do with these locally grown and produced ingredients.
