Swimmable, Fishable Harbor?

Healthy Harbor Conference

Saturday, Febraury 5th, 9-3 p.m.

Free, registration required

Legg Mason Building, 4th Floor

The EPA has thrown the gauntlet and wants the Harbor and our National Treasure, the Chesapeake Bay, to be cleaned up by 2020.  The Waterfront Partnership of Baltimore invites YOU to be a part of the discussion on February 5th, as national leaders talk about what has (and potentially has not) worked in the past and suggest ways for Baltimore to help make this happen.  Join in on the work group discussion in the afternoon and be sure to visit with one of the many local organizations represented who are working hard to help the cause.

BGW in Table Talk?

EcoBall is really making it’s way into the hearts and minds of Baltimore’s local foodies including the Baltimore Sun’s Restaurant Critic and writer of the successful blog, Dining at Large.  Gorelick’s mention in his article, Table Talk: the dining stories to watch in 2011 (although brief) is, hopefully, encouragement enough for you to join us for this food focused fundraising event.
